Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 19, 2025
Welcome to WLC West Lafayette Concrete. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before moving forward with any project.
What We Do
We provide professional concrete installation, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial properties in West Lafayette, IN and surrounding areas. Our services include driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, decorative concrete, and more.
Your Responsibilities
When you work with us, we need you to provide accurate information about your project. This includes property details, access requirements, and any underground utilities. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from your homeowners association or local authorities before we begin work.
You also need to make sure the work area is accessible and clear of obstacles on the scheduled work dates. If there are pets on the property, please keep them secured during our visit.
Quotes and Payment
We provide free quotes that are valid for 30 days. The final price may change if project conditions differ from what was originally assessed. We will always communicate any changes with you before proceeding.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept multiple payment methods for your convenience.
Weather and Scheduling
Concrete work depends heavily on weather conditions. Rain, extreme cold, or extreme heat can affect the quality of the finished product. If weather conditions are not suitable, we may need to reschedule your project. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.
Our Warranty
We stand behind our work. Your concrete installation comes with a warranty against defects in workmanship. The specific warranty period will be outlined in your project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, extreme weather events, ground settling, or third-party damage.
Concrete naturally develops minor surface cracks over time. Small hairline cracks are normal and are not covered under warranty. We will explain what to expect during your consultation.
Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your project, let us know as early as possible. Changes may affect the timeline and cost. If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellation fees may apply if materials have already been ordered or work has begun.
Liability
We carry insurance to protect both you and our team. However, we are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that were not properly marked before we started work. We will call 811 to have utilities marked, but you are responsible for marking any private utilities like sprinkler systems or outdoor lighting.
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about your project, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be handled through open communication.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
